I understand you have a lot of instantly changable themes, but I want my site to be 100% unique. Do you offer anything that allows that? |

Absolutely. We can appreciate your need to be unique. We have two ways to accomplish this. In the admin screens, you can turn off "Use Theme" on any or all of your WebPages within your site. This will allow you to use your own code in the page, 100%.
An easier option is for PhooDoo to create a custom theme just for you. We can build in all of the gallery and session features so everything stays inline. Once a custom theme is created for you, it is only selectable by YOU. No other PhooDoo sites will see your theme in their options. The cost for a custom theme is $249.95.

What are the limits as far as bandwidth, storage space, galleries, photos, proofs, etc...? |

None! We stand behind that fact too. Many web hosts offer this type of service as a "bluff". We don't. Our servers and resources are top notch, and we are proud to offer unlimited space and bandwidth to our photographer customers.

- Your own website on that domain (All pages created automatically)
- The ability to customize pages as needed through an easy to use interface
- A user interface that allows automatic gallery generation, saving you hours of difficult coding
- The ability to add custom webpages to your site through an easy to use web page interface
- An online proofing solution for your customers. Yes! We offer an easy to use interface for adding customer proofs as well
- A calendar scheduling mechanism that allows customers to schedule sessions right from your website
- Online Print Ordering - Our proofing solution has options built right in for collecting data about the photos customer wants printed, and automatically sends an email to you with details
- Customer Management - Our admin screens offer the photographer a chance to have a full customer base listed, keeping information such as phone numbers and addresses. This will save you tons of time when it's flyer/mailer time
- Coupon Management - When customer are finishing up their order, they can optionally enter a coupon code. If this coupon matches one you've entered in the admin screen, whatever discount you have set, will be applied to the final price shown to the customer.

We have taken great time in trying to make admin screens user friendly, and instructions on the site as explicit as possible. We have also provided a "Help" icon throughout the admin screens next to most functions. Clicking on these icons will flash up some text pertainingto the process in context. |

Do you have any flash site templates I can use? |

Absolutely not! Our templates have been completely optimized for search engines. While flash sites look good, search engines can't "crawl" them, and therefor they go unranked in the search engine results. We want your potential customers to find YOU when they type your city name and the word "photographers" into Google, MSN, or Yahoo. Staying away from flash and sticking with traditional HTML code helps us to help you acheive that goal. |

I already have a domain. Can I still use PhooDoo? |

Yes! Upon registration, you will be given instructions on how to point yoru domain to your new PhooDoo site. |

Yes! You can password protect individual sessions, or the "Session List" page for each individual customer. |

Yes! We have built in admin features which allow you to enter meta tag information in each webpage of your PhooDoo site. Filling this information in is as easy as typing text in a couple of fields and hitting "Submit" |

PhooDoo has Site themes available in the admin screens. Once one is chosen, your site is instantly and automatically converted to the new look, with all of your existing content. New themes will be added as time goes on. |

I already have a website, but this looks easier to maintain. How do I get migrated? |
| A. |
Once you're signed up on PhooDoo, wizards in the admin screen guide you through creating galleries and proofing sessions. You are able to upload about 40 images at a time, so this process goes by quick. As far as actual text content goes, you can copy/paste the actual HTML in your existing pages, to your new templated pages on PhooDoo. This content will automatically be inserted into the Website Theme you have chosen, so there is no need to worry about getting it to look consistent with the rest of the site. It'd done for you! |
